FAQs

Q?

What should I wear?

A.

Wear comfortable clothing that is suitable for being outdoors, and feel free to take the weather under consideration. Costumes are always welcome, but in no way required. Some of our visitors dress in period appropriate clothing (medieval / renaissance), the house cast portrays the years of the reign of Elizabeth the first. (1558 – 1603). Some of our audience may choose to wear clothing from a different era, and some portray a favourite character - you may encounter Vikings, fairies, storm troopers, elves, and more! We are pleased to be a place where creativity is celebrated, however ask that all clothing is appropriate for a family event. At this time, we do not have a costume rental service. There is no discount for coming in costume.
